As Vice Chair of the SBOE, elected by her peers in 2021 and re-elected in 2023, she brings a wealth of experience from her background as a community college instructor, retired educational publishing executive, and co-owner of Ace Fence of DFW, a successful family business in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Representing a vast region including Collin, Denton, and parts of Dallas counties, Pam is a tireless advocate for phonics-based education, career and technology courses, and keeping classrooms free of political indoctrination, earning endorsements from the Dallas Morning News for her practical, student-focused approach. Married to her high school sweetheart for over 45 years, she is a devoted mother, grandmother, and active member of her Fairview community, committed to ensuring Texas students receive a high-quality, values-driven education rooted in American exceptionalism.
