2026 Grayson County Republican Women Newsletter Ad/Notice Program

GCRW would like to offer an opportunity for Republican candidates and officials to place a monthly Ad or Notice of Information in our monthly newsletter. In a spirit of unity, GCRW and our Grayson County Republican Party newsletter will work together to assure your information will reach over 2000 Republican interested subscribers each month.

Your ad will be ½ of a full page, in color, with your personal design.  We offer flexibility – one design for the entire year or it can be changed monthly to offer personalized messages, like “Congratulations High School Graduates from….” Or perhaps an Invitation to personal town hall or any message of your choice. 

Guidelines:  

1.)   Only Republican officials

2.)   No negative ads

3.)   Completed Ads submitted in Jpeg format

4.)   Any Change in your Ad must be submitted before month newsletter deadline.

We feel this news venue will be of great benefit to Grayson County Republicans and Independents as they will be more informed and may see opportunities to become more involved.  It provides a way for an additional reminder of voter registration events, Election Dates and Location Reminders, local gatherings, and can give-up-to-date notice of Republican State and Local elected officials events.  We hope to welcome participation in Republican events by our many new like-minded neighbors.  All are welcome to sign up for the newsletters at festivals or at any Republican event or meeting. 

GCRW will use these funds to enrich Grayson County on a larger scale.  At present, we support True Options Pregnancy Center and various Food pantries with monthly donations.  We also assist with Republican events, Young Republican Club, Turning Point, and offer aid to local Republican Candidates in general elections. 

We appreciate your efforts in Grayson County as our trusted Republican officials and believe this new venue will be beneficial to your efforts and Grayson County. Thank you for your support with this GRCW Newsletter Fund Raiser.
